Initial appointments are exciting for us because we truly look
forward to meeting all of our patients and families personally.
At Advanced Dental Artistry, our doctors recommend a
comprehensive exam and a set of x-rays for all new patients.
Even if you are interested in "just a cleaning" or "just teeth
whitening" we still strongly suggest a preliminary exam to make
sure we don’t miss anything important. Routine cleanings are
also usually performed for new patients who have had a dental
cleaning within the past 4 years.
*For new patients that have not had their teeth cleaned in four
or more years, a Deep Cleaning
will likely be necessary. If it has
been over four years since your last dental check-up and
cleaning or you have discomfort in your mouth, don't feel bad!
We will simply recommend setting you up with a new patient exam
and set of x-rays at your first appointment. During your first
visit, your doctor will be able to address your concerns and set
you up with the appropriate type of cleaning and recommended
treatment.
For all new patients, a treatment plan will be created based
upon your primary concern(s) and needs. Fees for the services
and insurance coverage estimates will also be given at your
initial appointment.
